Microwaves (2450 Mhz) provide fast, even heating at the heart of your product. The high vacuum (10 –30 mbar) lowers the drying temperature. The combination and mastery of the two techniques allows Techni Process to offer you a continuous, low temperature (30 – 40°C), fast (a few tens of minutes), which preserves the thermosensitive principles and the product from any alteration (oxidation, fermentation, etc.).
Technically, all pumpable products (in aqueous or alcoholic solution), powdered, or in small pieces allowing for bulk deposition and unloading are suitable for this technology. Qualitatively, all thermosensitive, oxidative sensitive or microbiologically sensitive products (flora to be preserved or involving a risk of fermentation) can be treated with this technology. Economically, this technology is reserved for high-value products, or new products that meet high demand or have a high potential market.
