Evaporators and distillation columns

Evaporators/concentrators are used to remove excess moisture from liquid products. Concentrating the products before sending them to a spray dryer is very economical.

When developing processes for the production of products in powder form, Techni-Process has developed extensive experience in the evaporation concentration of biological active ingredients derived from aqueous extractions or other solvents, with solvent recovery and distillation.

Techni-Process is able to draw, size, build and start:

• Evaporators with a flood falling mutiple-effects,
