Principle

Microwaves (2,450 MHz) bring fast and uniform heating to the heart of your product.
The high vacuum (10-30 mbar) lowers the drying temperature. The combination and the control of these two techniques make it possible for Techni Process to use continuous microwave drying at a low temperature (30-40 C) and doing it quickly (only 10 minutes). This preserves the thermosensitive principles and prevents the deterioration (oxidation, fermentation…).
Which Products

Technically, we can accommodate all pumpable products (in aquaeous or solvent solutions), pulverized or pieces of small size. These can be processed by feeding and/or in bulk.

Qualitatively, all thermosensitive products can be treated by this technology whether they are sensitive to oxidation, or microbiologically preserved, or the product risks fermentation.

Economically, this technology is reserved to high value products or to new products with high demand and/or strong potential for marketablility.
